Role Overview

The Marketing Support Officer will provide hands-on support to the marketing team in executing airline marketing initiatives, including route launches, promotions, and customer engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities


Support the execution of airline marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Assist with marketing initiatives related to route launches and sales promotions
Coordinate marketing materials across digital, print, and airport channels
Support social media, email marketing, and passenger communication initiatives
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors
Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms

Requirements & Qualifications

  1. Proven years of experience working in the airline or aviation industry (mandatory)
  2. Understanding of airline marketing operations and passenger engagement
  3. Strong communication and organizational skills
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools
  6. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is an advantage
