Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective coverage of all assigned outlets at optimal call frequencies
  • Manage and develop the assigned sales territory
  • Complete all scheduled sales calls within assigned routes
  • Drive product availability, pricing compliance, visibility, and merchandising standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Execute targeted distribution drives on core SKUs and new product launches
  • Ensure 100% beat and route coverage within the assigned territory
  • Secure and improve in-store brand presence
  • Complete all sales administration and SFA reporting accurately and on time
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Identify and onboard new outlets to drive regional growth

Requirements

  • Minimum of National Diploma (ND) in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in FMCG sales or merchandising
  • Strong relationship-building and customer management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Good commercial awareness and basic numeracy skills
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and mobile sales force automation tools
