Job Summary
Scale Army is hiring a Remote Customer Support Specialist to manage outbound customer interactions for U.S.-based clients. This role is fully remote and suited for professionals with strong sales and customer support experience in structured call center environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Provide accurate information and support to U.S.-based clients
- Maintain professional communication and follow call scripts where required
- Document customer interactions and update records accordingly
- Meet daily performance and call targets
- Support sales and retention objectives through effective communication
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience in a call center environment
- At least 2 years of customer support experience serving U.S.-based clients
- Prior outbound calling experience in healthcare, insurance, or high-end services is an advantage
- Strong spoken English and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work 9 AM – 5 PM CST from home
