The Vault Recruitment is seeking a Customer Care Representative for a reputable company in Marina CMS, Lagos Island. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, managing inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally
  • ⁠Provide accurate information about products and services
  • ⁠Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • ⁠Record customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary
  • ⁠Support basic administrative and customer service tasks

Required Qualifications

  • OND HND or BSc qualification
  • ⁠Minimum of 1 year experience in customer care sales or administrative role
  • ⁠Must not be more than 35 years old
  • ⁠Must reside around Marina CMS Lagos Island such as Obalende CMS Ebute Metta
  • ⁠Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ⁠Customer-focused with a professional attitude
