Job summary
We are seeking a commercial lawyer with strong litigation and research skills.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing legal support and advice to clients.
Researching legal issues, drafting and reviewing legal documents.
Advocating for clients in court sessions and assisting senior partners with case management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and Law School (BL)
5 years’ post-call experience
Strong work ethic and ability to work well independently and in a team
Strong legal research and analytical skills
A detail-oriented approach and adherence to firm policies and procedures.
Proficiency in preparing transaction documents and court pleadings
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong Commercial Litigation Skills and Practical Experience
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. (Candidates living in the environs are preferred.)
