Job Summary

Elizabeth Maddeux is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead branch customer service operations, ensure high customer satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the customer service team and daily operations
  • ⁠Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and inquiries
  • ⁠Monitor service quality and implement improvements
  • ⁠Train, mentor, and develop customer service staff
  • ⁠Ensure compliance with service standards and internal policies
  • ⁠Prepare and submit customer service performance reports

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking, or related field
  • ⁠4–6 years experience in customer service within the banking sector
  • ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • ⁠Strong skills in customer relationship management, leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and service quality management
