Applications are now open for the 2026 Tropical General Investments (TGI) Young Professionals Program—an exciting opportunity for Nigerian graduates looking to build strong careers in a dynamic, growth-driven environment.

The TGI Young Professionals Program (YPP) is a structured talent development initiative designed to equip young professionals with the skills, experience, and leadership competencies needed to thrive in today’s competitive job market.

Program Overview

The program is part of TGI’s long-term talent pipeline strategy, aimed at grooming future leaders within the organization. It offers a unique blend of:

The program runs for 6 months, during which participants gain valuable exposure across different business units while developing core professional and leadership skills.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for the TGI Young Professionals Program 2026, applicants must:

  • Hold a B.Sc or HND in Engineering, Social Sciences, Agriculture, Sciences, or related disciplines
  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience
  • Have completed NYSC
  • Be 27 years old or younger
  • Submit a well-detailed and up-to-date CV
