Requirement
- Minimum 6 years of experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leading and managing a team of designers
- Proven experience in a senior UX, Product Design, and Design Leadership role, within a digital product environment.
- Proficiency in Figma
- Proficiency in UX methodologies and using tools like Maze.
- Ability to translate research insights into actionable recommendations and design improvements.
- Experience leading a design team and managing end-to-end design processes with design systems.
- Track record of delivering design work on time and to specification, with thorough documentation suitable for engineering handoff
