Job Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on production manager who knows fabrics, understands garment construction, and can ensure every piece we produce meets our exact standards. You’ll own the entire production process and work closely with our team to bring each piece to life.
This is a contract role with the potential to grow into full-time as the brand scales.

- Source and negotiate with blank tee suppliers and printers; maintain backup vendor relationships to avoid delays
- Oversee production timelines, sample approvals, and batch coordination for each drop (50–200 units per run)
- Conduct rigorous quality control: inspect samples and full batches with zero tolerance for defects, manage reworks
- Maintain supplier database, evaluate vendor performance, and optimize production costs without compromising quality.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in garment production, fashion manufacturing, or textile quality control
- Strong knowledge of fabrics: cotton blends, GSM weights, shrinkage, print compatibility
- Hands-on experience working with printing processes
- Proven ability to source and vet suppliers in Nigeria or internationally
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced SME
- Based in Lagos
