Raphael Group is currently hiring a Remote Accountant to manage daily financial records and support efficient financial operations. This role is ideal for candidates with solid accounting knowledge who want to work in a flexible remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Support budgeting and cash flow tracking
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure compliance with procedures
Requirements
- At least 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks Certification is required
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
