Job Summary
The Community Manager will be responsible for building, engaging, and growing Bythefew’s tech community, ensuring active participation, strong relationships, and a positive community experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the online and offline tech community
- Engage members through discussions, events, and content
- Develop strategies to improve community participation and retention
- Coordinate community activities, programs, and initiatives
- Gather feedback from members and share insights with the team
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and active community environment
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of tech communities and user engagement strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup
- Based in Lagos, Nigeria
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
