Job Description
Amato Studio is seeking a talented Short-Form Video Editor to join their freelance team.
In this remote role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and dynamic short-form video content optimized for various social media platforms. Your expertise will be crucial in developing compelling narratives, mastering pacing, and implementing effective hooks to maximize viewer retention and engagement.
You will utilize your proficiency in industry-standard editing software to produce high-quality videos that align with client objectives and brand messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Develop compelling video narratives and implement effective hooks.
- Ensure optimal pacing and flow to maximize viewer retention.
- Add captions and on-screen text to enhance video content.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and deliver high-quality results.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Short-Form Video Editor.
- Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video work.
- Good understanding of hooks, pacing, captions, and retention strategies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or CapCut.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
