Job Description
Duplo is seeking a motivated Junior Product Manager to focus on Product Operations and Internal Platforms, based remotely in Nigeria.
This role is critical for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of internal tools and processes that support product development and delivery. You will work closely with engineering, support, and operations teams to ensure our internal platforms are optimized and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize internal product platforms and tools.
- Collaborate with engineering, support, and operations teams to define requirements.
- Develop and maintain product backlogs, epics, and user stories.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Analyze usage data and gather feedback to drive platform improvements.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or similar delivery-focused product role, preferably in tech or fintech.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Solid working knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Hands-on experience running agile ceremonies.
- Experience with internal/back-office tools (admin dashboards, analytics tools like Metabase, support tooling).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable writing clear tickets, epics, and acceptance criteria.
- A proactive, process-oriented mindset.
