Graft Africa is currently recruiting for the position of Programs and Operations Associate for a Nigeria-based role. This is a full-time, permanent position with a remote work structure, with preference for candidates located in Lagos or Abuja.

Role Overview
The Programs and Operations Associate will support a wide range of activities across program development and organizational operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting program design, planning, and implementation
- Assisting with concept notes, budgets, and project timelines
- Tracking deliverables and supporting monitoring & evaluation (M&E) activities
- Conducting research on agriculture, climate adaptation, and livelihoods
- Contributing to reports, presentations, and strategy documents
Additional Responsibilities
- Supporting grant research and proposal writing
- Assisting with donor reporting
- Maintaining organized records and internal documentation
- Supporting internal operations and coordination
- Engaging with partners, farmer cooperatives, and stakeholders
- Assisting in organizing meetings, workshops, and consultations
Requirements
Applicants must:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in:

- Agricultural Sciences
- Economics
- Food Systems
- International Development
- Environmental Studies
- Or a related field
- Have 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Possess strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills
- Be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Be proficient in English
- Have working knowledge of French (an added advantage)
