Job Description
Aproko Doctor is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive/Personal Assistant to work closely across media, health communication, and business operations. This role requires someone with excellent judgment, discretion, and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and personal support
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling across multiple commitments
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Assist with content planning and execution across media platforms
- Support health communication initiatives and campaigns
- Handle correspondence, emails, and follow-ups professionally
- Conduct research and prepare reports, briefs, and presentations
- Liaise with partners, vendors, and stakeholders
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and task execution
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment at all times
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with digital tools, productivity apps, and social media platforms
- Prior experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant is an advantage
Work Structure
- Hybrid role (combination of remote and in-person work)
- Must be based in Lagos or willing to work within Lagos
