Job Summary
The Vault Recruitment is seeking an Auditing Accountant to support internal audit processes, ensure financial accuracy, and enhance compliance and control measures. The role requires strong analytical skills and hands-on auditing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits to verify financial accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations
- Review financial statements, records, and accounting processes for completeness and correctness
- Identify control gaps, risks, and areas for improvement
- Prepare audit reports with actionable findings and recommendations
- Support management in implementing audit recommendations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Assist in audit planning and execution
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails
Required Qualifications
- HND or BSc in Accounting Finance or related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in auditing or accounting
- Strong understanding of auditing standards and accounting principle
- High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong reporting and documentation skills
- High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
