Job summary
We are seeking a business development associate to support My IVO’s growth by building partnerships, expanding our user base, and contributing to revenue. This is a mostly remote role, but it requires regular field engagement across Lagos for partner meetings, activations, and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop partnerships with healthcare and wellness providers
  • ⁠Support user acquisition and onboarding efforts
  • ⁠Contribute to initiatives that drive engagement and revenue
  • ⁠Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • ⁠Track opportunities, follow up on leads, and support deal execution
  • ⁠Provide market feedback to inform product and growth strategies

Requirements:

  • A minimum of an HND in a relevant field.
  • ⁠2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ⁠Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • ⁠Willingness to travel within Lagos for meetings and activations
