Customer Relations (Abuja)

We are looking for individuals who are excellent communicators, empathetic listeners, and natural problem-solvers. A strong sense of professionalism, patience, and attention to detail is essential. If you enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering exceptional service, this role will be a great fit for you.

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between The Aboki Africa and our customers.
  • You will play a critical role in shaping how people experience our brand by ensuring that every interaction is positive, helpful, and memorable.
  • Your responsibilities will include responding to inquiries, resolving customer concerns, providing product information, and maintaining strong relationships with our growing customer base.
  • You will also gather feedback and insights that help us improve our services and offerings.

Artisan Relations (Abuja)

The Artisan Relations role is central to our mission of empowering creators. In this position, you will work closely with our network of artisans, building and maintaining strong partnerships that ensure mutual growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will help in onboarding new artisans
  • Supporting existing partners, coordinating product development, and ensuring that all products meet our quality and brand standards.
  • You will also act as a bridge between artisans and the company, helping to communicate expectations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
