Job Summary

REAN is seeking a proactive Investment Support Officer to provide investment analysis, financial planning support, and strategic insights that strengthen the organization’s investment portfolio and support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scout and identify investment opportunities across sectors, value chains, and geographic areas.
  • Prepare investment reports, proposals, and presentations for management.
  • Support due diligence processes for prospective investments.
  • Monitor the performance of existing investments and provide regular updates.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for investment activities.
  • Maintain accurate investment records and documentation.
  • Liaise with external partners, stakeholders, and financial institutions.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify investment risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of investment strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in investment analysis, finance, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical, research, and financial modeling skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration and decision-support capabilities.
