Fembol Group is excited to offer a Product Design Intern position at our Lagos office.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design process of digital products, from concept to final UI.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Develop visual designs, including mockups and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility.
- Contribute to design system development and maintenance.
- Participate in design reviews and critiques.
Qualifications
- Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- A portfolio (or case studies) demonstrating your design process, user-centered thinking, wireframes, and final UI solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar modern interface design tools.
- A solid grasp of typography, visual hierarchy, layout, color theory, and responsive design principles.
- Excellent visual and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively.
- Bonus: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS capabilities and constraints, or prior experience working.
