About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Stock Officer who will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring that stock is properly received, stored, tracked, and issued.
If you’re organized, numbers-oriented, careful with details, and able to keep accurate records, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Actually Do
Stock Management
● Receive and inspect incoming stock.
● Record all stock received and issued accurately.
● Monitor stock levels and identify shortages or excesses.
● Ensure stock is properly arranged and stored.
● Track stock movement within the business.
Inventory Control
● Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
● Identify discrepancies between physical stock and records.
● Report damaged, missing, or expired items.
● Ensure proper documentation of all stock transactions.
Record Keeping
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
● Prepare stock reports when required.
● Keep invoices, delivery notes, and other stock-related documents organized.
● Update stock records promptly after every transaction.
Operations Support
● Work closely with the logistics, sales, and operations teams.
● Assist with stock planning and replenishment.
● Ensure stock is available when needed.
● Support the implementation of proper inventory procedures.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 90 days, you will:
● Maintain accurate stock records.
● Minimize stock discrepancies and losses.
● Ensure stock counts are completed consistently.
● Keep the stock area organized and properly managed.
● Become a reliable point of reference for inventory information.

Requirements
Must Have

● Experience using spreadsheets or inventory management systems.
