Job Summary
The Vault Recruitment is hiring a Relationship Manager for a paint production company. The role focuses on managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow revenue
- Present and promote products and services to prospective clients
- Manage client accounts and maintain consistent engagement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups
- Provide market feedback and insights to support business strategy
Required Qualifications
- OND HND or BSc Degree
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in sales or related role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and sustain client relationships
- Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proximity to Bariga, Lagos is an advantage
