Job Summary
Elizabeth Maddeux is seeking a Relationship Manager (SME Banking) to develop and manage SME client relationships, provide financing solutions, and grow the SME loan portfolio while promoting fintech-enabled financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage SME clients across targeted industries
- Structure financing solutions, including working capital and asset financing
- Conduct credit assessments and financial analysis for SME clients
- Monitor SME loan portfolios to ensure repayment performance
- Provide advisory support on financial planning and business growth
- Drive deposit mobilization within the SME segment
- Track and report on SME portfolio performance and KPIs
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- SME loan portfolio growth
- Portfolio at Risk (PAR)
- SME deposit growth
- Client acquisition rate
- Loan repayment performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in SME banking or fintech lending
- Strong knowledge of SME credit analysis and financial management
- Proven ability to grow SME client portfolios
