Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective coverage of all assigned outlets at optimal call frequencies
- Manage and develop the assigned sales territory
- Complete all scheduled sales calls within assigned routes
- Drive product availability, pricing compliance, visibility, and merchandising standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Execute targeted distribution drives on core SKUs and new product launches
- Ensure 100% beat and route coverage within the assigned territory
- Secure and improve in-store brand presence
- Complete all sales administration and SFA reporting accurately and on time
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Identify and onboard new outlets to drive regional growth
Requirements
- Minimum of National Diploma (ND) in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in FMCG sales or merchandising
- Strong relationship-building and customer management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Good commercial awareness and basic numeracy skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and mobile sales force automation tools
