About the Role
Visibility Logic is seeking a Talent Sourcer / Candidate Engagement Specialist who excels at the “front end” of the funnel. You will be the first point of contact for top-tier talent, responsible for identifying, engaging, and bridging the gap between high-performing candidates and our recruiting team.
What You’ll Be Doing: Your daily workflow includes:
- Advanced Sourcing: Identifying “A-Player” profiles on Indeed and linkedin platforms.
- Strategic Outreach: Sending high-intent, professional messages that cut through the noise.
- Conversation Management: Handling light back-and-forth via Indeed, LinkedIn or email to qualify interest and address initial questions.
- Call Coordination: Seamlessly scheduling discovery calls for our recruiting leads.
- Data Integrity: Maintaining clean tracking within our systems.

- Technical Experience & Bonus Skills
- Proven experience in Indeed and LinkedIn Sourcing.
- Proficiency with Apollo, Clay, or SourceWhale is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with modern CRM/ATS systems and lead generation workflows.
- Experience working in a remote or fast-paced agency environment.
