Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback systems
- Handle employee relations issues, addressing grievances and ensuring workplace harmony
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Prepare HR reports and analytics as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in an HR role
- Good knowledge of HR practices and Nigerian labor laws
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPM) is an added advantage
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 Monthly Net
