Location: Ikeja, Lagos (Hybrid)
Compensation: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000 Monthly Net
Role Summary
Provides operational and sourcing support across end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely hiring, candidate quality, and accurate recruitment documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support candidate sourcing through job boards, social platforms, and referrals.
- Screen CVs and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and reports.
- Support offer processing and pre-employment documentation.
- Ensure clear communication and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- HND/BSc in any relevant discipline.
- 2 years’ experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
