Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategy and oversee people management processes
- Manage both blue-collar and white-collar workforce effectively
- Drive culture-building initiatives and employee engagement
- Support recruitment, performance management, and staff development
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
- Provide leadership on organizational structure and workforce planning
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience managing diverse workforce groups (blue-collar and white-collar)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to build and sustain a positive work culture
- CIPM or PHRi certification is an added advantage
