The TREXM Graduate Trainee Programme 2026 (Sales) is designed as a career launchpad where:

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting sales and business development activities
- Engaging with real clients, markets, and industry processes
- Learning how deals are structured and executed
- Contributing to revenue-generating initiatives
- Working closely with experienced professionals in the field
- Building strong commercial awareness within the oil & gas sector
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, you must meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1)
- Degree in any of the following:
- Engineering and related STEM fields
- Social and Management Sciences
- Completion of NYSC (or valid exemption letter)
- 0–2 years post-graduation experience
- Age: Not more than 27 years
